Accounts and Teams
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you invite team members to your company account, you are responsible for their use of the service. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Google Services
Invoio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Drive and Sheets access solely to provide the invoice processing features you request.
Intellectual Property
Invoio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Invoio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the invoice data and output files you generate through the service.
Disclaimer
Invoio is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that extracted invoice data will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using it for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
