Privacy Policy
Introduction
Invoio ('we', 'us', or 'our') operates the Invoio invoice processing platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service. By using Invoio, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and company details when you register. We also collect data generated through your use of the service, such as invoice data you upload or process, client and vendor information you configure, and job processing history. We do not store the contents of your invoice files beyond what is necessary to process and return results.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Invoio service, process your invoices and generate output files, manage your account and team members, and send transactional emails such as sign-in verification codes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Google Drive Integration
Invoio integrates with Google Drive and Google Sheets on your behalf. When you connect your Google account, we store OAuth tokens to read PDF files from your Drive folders and create spreadsheets in your Drive. We only access folders and files you explicitly configure. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Processed job records and output links are stored so you can access your history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Connections to our service are encrypted using TLS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
